2. Limited Warranty Policy (Bike Venture)

2.1 Warrantor
Isomnium SRL (Bike Venture)

2.2 Scope / Eligibility
This Limited Warranty applies to Bike Venture-branded products purchased new from authorized sellers, including Bike Venture’s official listing(s) on Amazon.com.

2.3 What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended consumer use during the warranty period.

2.4 Warranty Period
 – Standard Limited Warranty: 3 years from the original date of purchase
 – Extended Limited Warranty: 6 years from the original date of purchase if the product is registered (see 2.5)

The warranty period is based on the purchase date.

2.5 Registration (Optional) and Extended Warranty
Registration is optional and is not required to receive the Standard Limited Warranty.

2.5.1 Registration link

2.5.2 Recommended proof of purchase
Recommended: provide proof of purchase (for Amazon orders, the Amazon Order ID is acceptable).

2.5.3 No review requirement
Important: Registration and warranty coverage are not conditioned on leaving a review or any feedback on Amazon (or anywhere else).

2.6 How to Get Help or Make a Warranty Claim (Amazon Message Required)

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos and/or a short video showing the problem (if applicable)

2.6.3 Why we use this channel
This is the fastest way for us to verify your purchase and resolve your request.

2.7 Remedy (What We Will Do)
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, we will, at our option:
 – Replace the product with the same item or a functionally equivalent item, or
 – Refund the purchase price (or an appropriate portion) if replacement is not reasonably available

Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished and will be covered for the remaining portion of the original warranty period.

2.8 Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
 – Normal wear and tear; cosmetic changes that do not affect function
 – Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper storage, or failure to follow care instructions
 – Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, animals, insects, or exposure beyond intended use
 – Damage from extreme conditions (storms, flooding, fire), “acts of God,” or environmental events
 – Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
 – Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless explicitly stated as covered
 – Products purchased used, “open box,” or from unauthorized resellers
 – Lost or stolen products

2.9 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bike Venture is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or property damage related to the use of the product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
